What F.R.O.S.T. is

F.R.O.S.T. (Frontier Research & Open Surveillance of Threats) is a threat intelligence tracker operated by Timberline Labs. It aggregates open-source intelligence (OSINT) and publicly available threat data for informational and research purposes.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using F.R.O.S.T., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use F.R.O.S.T. for lawful security research, threat monitoring, and informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to facilitate attacks, harassment, or illegal activity
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent the source or accuracy of intelligence data obtained from the service

Data accuracy

Threat intelligence data on F.R.O.S.T. is aggregated from public feeds and analyzed by automated tools. It may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not rely on it as your sole source of truth for security decisions. Timberline Labs makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any data on this service.

No warranty

F.R.O.S.T. is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Timberline Labs does not warrant that the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timberline Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of F.R.O.S.T. or reliance on any data it provides.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@timberlinelabs.io.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of F.R.O.S.T. after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
